城市双修理念下的厦门市大嶝岛田墘村街区研究

A Study on the Blocks of Tianqian Village in Dadeng Island under the Concept of Urban Double Repair

目前我国城市化进程已经进入了中后期阶段,城市的发展也从增量时代逐渐向存量时代转化,在更新过程中,具有传统历史风貌的村落小镇作为重要的城市存量资源逐渐受到规划者的关注。本文以厦门市大嶝岛田墘村为例,基于城市双修理念从空间、街道、生态、建筑四个方面对基地进行调研分析,在兼顾保持和发展地域历史文化和传统地方特色的基础上,通过"城市双修"的方式为传统特色村落的生存与发展提供一个新途径。

At present,the process of urbanization in my country has entered the middle and late stages,and the development of the city has gradually transformed from an incremental era to a stock era.In the process of renewal,villages and towns with traditional historical features,as important urban stock resources,gradually attract the attention of planners.This article takes Tianqian village,Dadeng island,Xiamen city as an example.Based on the concept of urban double-repair,this paper investigates and analyzes the base from four aspects:space,street,ecology and architecture.On the basis of maintaining and developing regional history and culture and traditional local characteristics,this paper provides a new way for the survival and development of traditional characteristic villages through the way of"urban double-repair".
