摘要
本文聚焦城市老旧住区缺乏代际相融空间、对儿童引导性差、较少使用自然和可活动材料等特征,借鉴Woly&Lowe儿童游戏价值评测工具对马鞍山市平南小区儿童15 min生活圈内的公共空间进行调研并提出优化策略。研究发现,建造年份和自然要素是影响老旧住区公共空间游戏价值的关键,与场地的面积无关。老旧住区中虽然可更新利用的公共空间有限,但可以在自然要素、设施材料以及空间布局三个方面进行更新。
This paper focuses on the characteristics of old urban residential areas,such as lack of intergenerational space,poor guidance for children,little use of natural and movable materials,etc.Referring to Woolley&Lowe Children’s Play Space Game Value Evaluation tool,this paper investigates the public space of children’s 15 minute life circle in Pingnan community of Ma’anshan City,and puts forward the renewal strategy.It is found that the construction year and natural factors are the key factors affecting the game value of the public space in the old residential area,which has nothing to do with the area of the site.Although the renewable public space in the old residential area is limited,it can be updated in three aspects:natural elements,facilities and materials,and spatial layout.
