一种温度可控的强制风冷型鼓式制动装置

摘要 文章介绍了新型强制风冷型鼓式制动的结构和降温机理。针对新型强制风冷型鼓式制动和原车制动毂,进行连续下长坡运行的制动毂温度升降对比试验,与原车制动毂相比,新型强制风冷式制动毂平均最高温度降低17℃,因未改变原车制动毂的结构,强度和刚度不会受到影响。即通过温度传感器感知制动毂温度,当超过150℃时,风机工作强制风冷,提高散热效果,制动效能明显改善。 This paper introduces the structure and cooling mechanism of a new type of forced air-cooled drum brake.Aiming at the new forced air-cooled drum brake and the original car brake drum,the comparative test of the temperature rise and fall of the brake drum running continuously down the long slope is carried out.Compared with the original brake drum,the average maximum temperature of the new forced air-cooled brake drum is reduced by 17℃.Because the structure of the original brake drum has not been changed,the strength and stiffness will not be affected.That is,the temperature of the brake drum is sensed by the temperature sensor.When the temperature exceeds 150℃,the fan is forced to be air-cooled,the heat dissipation effect is improved,and the braking efficiency is obviously improved.
