摘要 红外温控是工业领域的关键技术之一。如今“智能化”的课题备受人们关注,将传感器、芯片等硬件和软件结合已成为当下的研究热点。文章进行了红外温控技术的研究,进一步探索红外温度控制技术在工业生产和智能家居领域的应用与创新,为各种设备、物体与环境的温度控制提供可参考的软硬件基础数据。文章设计了一套软件和硬件相结合的红外温控系统并完成该系统的物理实现。在充分调查了红外温控系统在生活中的应用价值和潜在需求后,对Arduino平台和红外温控技术进行了深入的了解和研究。难点在于整体架构的设计,设计的硬件平台主要有:Arduino开发板、红外测温模块、OLED显示器、报警模块、温控模块、Wi-Fi模块等。在完成了对硬件平台的选择和分析后,设计电路完成各个模块之间的连接,编写了相应的程序以实现温度的测量、数据显示、高温报警、自动温控、远程查看数据等功能。文章通过Arduino软硬件平台,设计和实现了一套相对完整的红外温控系统,做出了相应的实物并完成测试。结果表明,该系统能很好地完成对温度的测量和实现对温度的控制,具有无接触、响应快和可远程监测的优点。 Infrared temperature control is one of the key technologies in the industrial field.Nowadays,the topic of"intelligence"has attracted much attention,and the combination of hardware and software such as sensors and chips has become a research hotspot.This paper studies the infrared temperature control technology,further explores the application and innovation of infrared temperature control technology in the field of industrial production and smart home,and provides basic software and hardware data for the temperature control of all kinds of equipment,objects and environment.In this paper,a set of infrared temperature control system with the combination of software and hardware is designed and the physical realization of the system is completed.After fully investigating the application value and potential demand of infrared temperature control system in daily life,the Arduino platform and infrared temperature control technology are deeply understood and studied.The difficulty of the design lies in the design of the overall architecture.The main hardware platforms are Arduino development board,infrared temperature measurement module,OLED display,alarm module,temperature control module,Wi-Fi module,etc.After the selection and analysis of the hardware platform,the circuit is designed to complete the connection between each module,and the corresponding programs are written to realize the functions of temperature measurement,data display,high temperature alarm,automatic temperature control,remote data viewing and so on.Through the Arduino software and hardware platform,this paper designs and implements a relatively complete infrared temperature control system,makes the corresponding physical object and completes the test.The results show that the system measures and controls the temperature very well,and thus has the advantages of no contact,fast response and remote monitoring.
