一种便携式多功能高层火灾逃生器设计 被引量:1

摘要 当火灾发生时,为保证在高层建筑中的人员能快捷逃生,需要设计便携可靠的逃生器。基于国内外对高层逃生器的研究成果,针对现有逃生器功能的不足,设计了一种新型便携式逃生器。采用了机电一体的设计理念,以机械制动配合电磁阻尼调速进而解决初速度过快或控制下降不易的问题,并通过运行轨迹的分析和数据拟合建立了多级齿轮的运动方程和力学方程,突破现有逃生设备低效、便捷性不足的问题,提高了逃生过程的安全性。 When a fire breaks out,in order to ensure that people can escape quickly in high-rise buildings,it is necessary to design portable and reliable escape devices.Based on the research results of high-level escape device at home and abroad,in view of the deficiency of the function of the existing escape device,a new type of portable escape device is designed.The design concept of mechanical and electrical integration is adopted,and the problem that the initial speed is too fast or it is not easy to control is solved by mechanical braking combined with electromagnetic damping speed regulation,and the motion equation and mechanical equation of multi-stage gear are established through the analysis of running trajectory and data fitting.break through the problems of low efficiency and lack of convenience of the existing escape equipment,and improve the safety of the escape process.
