锅炉检验过程中多发危险源识别要点分析 被引量:3

摘要 在我国工业领域中,锅炉作为一种能量转换设备发挥着非常重要的作用。由于锅炉在实际运行的过程中往往会有较大压力和热量的产生,也正是这一原因,对锅炉的设计和制造工艺提出了更高要求,而要想保证锅炉的运行质量,做好对锅炉的检验工作就显得尤为重要。此外,在锅炉实际运行的过程中还经常会出现各种各样故障问题,所以必须要定期做好锅炉检验,以便于能够及时发现运行中所存在的危险源,并采取相应措施进行安全科学有效地控制,以实现锅炉安全使用效率。 In the industrial field of our country,we can see that the boiler plays a very important role as a kind of energy conversion equipment.Because the boiler often produces greater pressure and heat in the process of actual operation,it is precisely for this reason that higher requirements are put forward for the design and manufacturing process of the boiler,and in order to ensure the operation quality of the boiler,then it is particularly important to do a good job in boiler inspection.In addition,there are often all kinds of fault problems in the actual operation of the boiler,so the boiler inspection must be done regularly so that the dangerous sources existing in the operation can be found in time and corresponding measures can be taken to carry out safe,scientific and effective control,in order to achieve the safe use efficiency of the boiler.
