摘要
金华亚运分村为运动员交流休息的主要场所,采用婺派建筑风格,结构采用装配式混凝土框架结构以及部分钢结构的形式。该工程项目地下室功能分区多、管线复杂,地上结构部分预制构件数量多,水泥花格窗尺寸繁多,造成现场施工管理难度大。通过从设计到施工阶段BIM技术的应用,解决了设计碰撞,推进了数字化下料以及进行施工指导,大幅减少了工期延误,提高了生产效率。
Jinhua branch of Asian Games Village is the main place for athletes to exchange and rest,which adopts the architectural style of Wu School,and the structure adopts the form of prefabricated concrete frame structure and some steel structure.The functional zones of the basement of the project are multiple pipelines,the number of prefabricated components of the above ground structure is large,and the sizes of cement latticed windows are various,which makes the on-site construction management difficult.Through the application of BIM technology from design to construction,the design collision is solved,the digital blanking is promoted and the construction guidance is carried out,which greatly reduces the delay of the construction period and improves the production efficiency.
