扶正消积膏治疗原发性肝癌经验

Experience of Fuzheng Xiaoji ointment in the treatment of primary liver cancer

原发性肝癌是目前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。中医治疗肝癌手段颇多,尤其是膏剂,针对原发性肝癌本虚标实的复杂病机,具有独特优势。本文就李芹教授自主研制的扶正消积膏组成、功效以及具体运用试作初步探讨,阐明该膏剂的治疗特色,以期为临床有效治疗原发性肝癌提供重要借鉴。

Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.There are many ways to treat liver cancer in TCM.Especially for the complex pathogenesis of primary liver cancer,plaster has unique advantages.In this paper,the composition,efficacy and specific application of Fuzheng Xiaoji ointment independently developed by Professor Li Qin in our hospital were discussed,and the therapeutic characteristics of the plaster were clarified,so as to provide important reference for clinical effective treatment of primary liver cancer.
