摘要
为避免车辆增加对城市建设用地带来的压力,各种类型的地下停车场(包括地下车库、机械式停车库、复合式车库)出现在城市建设中。很多地下停车场都是密闭的,存在一定的安全隐患,一旦地下车库出现火灾等情况,烟气排放很难得到疏通,对人民生命和财产安全危害极大。地下车库如何科学合理地设计通风和防排烟极为关键,结合某高层住宅小区地下室对其进行阐述。
In order to avoid pressure of increase of vehicles on urban construction land,various types of underground parking lots(including underground garage,mechanical garage and compound garage)appear in urban construction.Many underground parking is closed,and there are certain security risks.Once underground garage fire and other situations,smoke emissions will be difficult to dredge,causing great harm to people's lives and property safety.It is the key that how ventilation and smoke control of the underground garage is designed scientifically and reasonably.This problem is expounded combined with basement of a high-rise residential district designed by myself.
