架桥机在钢-混工字组合梁架设施工中的应用

Application of Bridge Erecting Machine in Erection of Steel Concrete I-shaped Composite Beam

太行山高速公路邢台段6座钢-混工字组合梁大桥及延庆至崇礼高速公路河北段西水沟特大桥均采用架桥机进行钢梁架设,通过对通用架桥机的技术改造,解决了架桥机架设高墩悬臂钢梁的技术问题,在高速公路钢-混工字组合梁桥梁的施工应用中取得了较好的效果。

Six steel-concrete I-shaped composite girder bridges in Xingtai section of Taihang Mountain Freeway and Xishuigou super large bridge in Hebei section of YanChong Freeway are erected with bridge erecting machine.Through technical transformation of general bridge erecting machine,the technical problems of erecting high-pier cantilever steel beam with bridge erecting machine are solved,and good results have been achieved in construction and application of steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam bridge on freeway.
