为了更好地实现当前阶段建设单位对于机电建设内容的造价管理,基于原有的全局化造价把握及阶段性调控措施等方法的研究,引入分段整合整体优化型全新“CDT”管理模式,提升对现有建设过程的把控力度,进一步体现建设单位造价管理实施意义,供类似项目参考。

In order to better realize construction unit,s cost management of mechanical and electrical construction content at the current stage,based on research of original overall cost control and phased control measures,the new“CDT”management mode of segmented integration and overall optimization is introduced to enhance control of the existing construction process,further reflect implementation significance of construction unit,s cost management,and provide reference for similar projects.
