摘要
国道227线双柏至新平段公路集中了纵坡大、弯道多、沿线气温高、交通流量大、重载车辆多等因素,沥青路面的高温性能和抗剪切性能面临着严峻考验,为了保证路面使用性能,该段公路在改造过程中采用硫磺温拌再生沥青混合料技术,通过室内混合料性能检验和通车运营3年后的实际效果来看,硫磺温拌再生沥青混合料具有较高的高温性能、较好的抗剪切能力和抗疲劳能力。比较交工检测数据和2年后的竣工检测数据可发现车辙指标和平整度指标衰减幅度很小,路面提供了较好的服务水平。
The highway of Shuangbai to Xinping section of National Highway 227 has concentrated on many factors,such as large longitudinal slope,many bends,high temperature along the line,large traffic flow and many heavy vehicles.In order to ensure pavement performance,the highway adopts sulfur warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture technology in the process of reconstruction.According to test of indoor mixture performance and actual effect after 3 years of operation,sulfur warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture has higher high-temperature performance,better shear resistance and fatigue resistance.Comparison between handover inspection data and completion test data after 2 years,it can be found that the attenuation range of rutting index and smoothness index is very small,and the pavement provides a better service level.
