摘要
在分析影响托辊品质的主要因素的基础上,设计巧妙的工装改变原压装方式,以提高托辊两边轴承座的同心度,提升托辊品质,对比分析采用工装的加工方法并对新旧加工工艺,得到"采用新的制造工艺后,托辊旋转阻力、径跳量远超国家标准"的结论。
This article mainly introduces the main factors that affect the quality of the idler.The original press-fitting method is changed through ingenious tooling design.The new press-fitting method will improve the concentricity of the bearing seats on both sides of the idler and improve the quality of the idler.This paper introduces the processing methods using tooling and compare and analyze the new and old processing techniques.After adopting the new manufacturing process,the roller resistance and runout are obviously better than national standards.
