摘要
产品装配效率受多种因素影响,其中产品结构的影响最大。由于产品结构在设计阶段锁定,项目后期更改成本很大。因此,提出一种在产品设计阶段以提升装配效率为目标的同步工程方法,并将其在成功应用实际工作中。应用该方法,将整车增值工时作为零件装配效率的评价指标,对研发部门设定增值工时目标,实施竞品对标确定产品结构优化方向与具体方案,进行产品设计优化,通过与零件各相关方沟通协调,最终达成一致目标,即增值工时目标,共同推动装配效率提升。
Product assembly efficiency is affected by many factors,among which the product structure is the most important.Because the product structure is locked in the design phase,the cost of the later change of the project is very high.Therefore,a synchronous engineering method is proposed to improve the assembly efficiency in the product design stage,and it is successfully applied in practical work.The value-added man hour of the whole vehicle is regarded as the evaluation index of the assembly efficiency of the parts,and the value-added man hour target is set for the R&D department.Implement competitive product benchmarking,determine product structure optimization direction and specific scheme,and optimize product design.Through the communication and coordination with the relevant parties of the parts,an agreed goal,that is,the goal of value-added man hour,is finally reached to jointly promote the improvement of assembly efficiency.
