摘要
针对国产摇臂壳体力学性能低于世界水平的现状,开展了采煤机截割摇臂壳体设计与性能分析工作。结果表明,自主设计的ZG30Cr Ni Mo材料在合适的铸造和热处理工艺下力学性能达到了世界摇臂壳体材料的水平。应用ANSYS仿真计算软件分析该材料属性下摇臂壳体的强度,结果表明,最大应力较小,具有足够的安全裕度,能够保证摇臂壳体可靠稳定的工作要求。
Aiming at the situation that the mechanical properties of domestic rocker arm shell are lower than the world level, the design and performance analysis of shearer cutting rocker arm shell are carried out. The results show that the mechanical properties of the self-designed ZG30 Cr Ni Mo material reach the level of the rocker shell material in the world under the appropriate casting and heat treatment process. Using ANSYS simulation software to analyze the strength of the rocker shell under the material attributes, the results show that the maximum stress is small, has enough safety margin,can ensure the rocker shell work reliably and stably.
