采掘巷道的支护平衡设计及效果监测

摘要 为进一步保证采掘巷道的安全生产,降低巷道的支护成本,在对某矿井四采区巷道煤层、地质条件以及顶底板情况分析的基础上,提出基于平衡支护理念巷道支护所遵循的原则,并采用数值模拟手段对不同支护方案的效果,经过对比得出最佳支护方案,最终对所确定最佳支护方案的实践应用效果进行监测。 In order to further ensure the safe production of the mining roadway and reduce the support cost of the roadway, based on the analysis of the coal seam, geological conditions and roof and floor conditions of the roadway in the fourth mining area, this paper puts forward the principles of the roadway support based on the concept of balanced support, and compares the effects of different support schemes by means of numerical simulation to obtain the best support scheme. Finally, the practical application effect of the best support scheme is monitored.
