摘要
以刮板输送机中部槽槽帮断裂失效为研究背景,应用ANSYS软件对中部槽断裂失效进行了数值模拟,针对肋板根部变形严重的结果,对中部槽各部位进行了参数优化。优化后的中部槽质量降低了3.97%,最大等效应力值降低了4.9%,满足了安全生产的需求。
Based on the fracture failure of the middle groove side of scraper conveyor, the numerical simulation of the fracture failure of the middle groove was carried out by using ANSYS software. According to the serious deformation of the rib root, the parameters of each part of the middle groove were optimized. After optimization, the quality of the middle groove is reduced by 3.97%, and the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 4.9%, which meets the requirements of safety production.
