基于数值分析的掘进机刀盘载荷特性研究

摘要 通过对截割刀盘进行载荷分析,得到了截割刀盘在静载荷下的受力关系及其计算方法,并基于此进行有限元建模仿真。通过仿真分析,得到截割刀盘在横切工况下的截割过程及刀盘在初始输入条件下各向载荷的时变曲线,分析出各载荷曲线均有较大幅值的波动。进一步进行刀盘俯仰角及进给载荷对横切载荷的影响仿真,得到横切载荷最小值出现在俯仰0°~5°之间,且进给载荷对横切载荷的变化影响较小的结论。 Through the load analysis of cutting cutter head,the force relationship and calculation method of cutting cutter head under static load are obtained,and the finite element modeling and simulation are carried out based on this.Through the simulation analysis,the cutting process of the cutter head in the cross cutting condition and the time-varying curve of the cutter head’s load in the initial input condition are obtained.It is analyzed that each load curve has a large amplitude fluctuation.Furthermore,the influence of cutter head pitch angle and feed load on crosscutting load is simulated,and the minimum crosscutting load appears at 0°to 5°.And the feed load has little influence on the change of the crosscutting load.
