摘要
针对浅层煤层的基础薄、层松、厚、工作间隙大、易于下陷等特点,采用空间力学分析和有限元分析方法,对ZFY12000/25/42D双层柱水力保护煤顶洞穴进行了研究,将两个用于上部煤洞的水力保护柱为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架进行机械仿真分析。通过比较不同的模拟结果可以看出,支撑架的位移和应力趋势相同。
According to the characteristics of shallow coal seam,such as thin foundation,loose layer,thick seam,large working gap and easy to sink,the ZFY12000/25/42 D double-layer pillar hydraulic protection of coal roof cave is studied by using spatial mechanics analysis and finite element analysis method,and two hydraulic protection pillars for upper coal cave are used as the research objects.Applying ANSYS Workbench analyzes hydraulic support.By comparing different simulation results,it can be seen that the displacement and stress trend of the support are the same.
