皮带运输机用皮带清洗装置的分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Belt Cleaning Device for Belt Transport Machine

针对挖金湾虎龙沟煤矿DSJ120/150/2×315型皮带运输机靠传统刮煤板对皮带黏附煤料进行清扫而清扫效果不佳的问题,提出应用一种新型的皮带清洗装置。应用新型皮带清洗装置后,煤料清扫效率可达98%,工作人员劳动强度大幅度降低,实践应用效果理想,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。

Aiming at DSJ120/150/2×315 type belt conveyor of Hulonggou Coal Mine used traditional scraper to clean the coal adhered to the belt, but the effect is not good. This paper provides a new type of belt cleaning device. After the application of the new belt cleaning device, the coal cleaning efficiency can reach 98%, the labor intensity of the staff is greatly reduced, and the practical application effect is ideal, which creates better economic benefits for the enterprise.
