摘要 针对我国各大矿区广泛应用的对旋轴流式通风机,结合故障诊断学科的基本原理,在对矿井主通风机各类故障案例进行大量统计分析及模糊推理的基础上,设计了一套基于模糊推理的故障诊断专家系统。对故障诊断专家系统各模块的功能及应用进行了详细阐述,并成功进行了工业性试验,取得了良好的应用效果,有利于保障矿井安全生产。 Aiming at the counter rotating axial-flow fan widely used in major mining areas in China,combined with the basic principles of fault diagnosis,a fault diagnosis expert system based on fuzzy reasoning is designed on the basis of statistical analysis and fuzzy reasoning of various fault cases of mine main fan.The function and application of each module of the fault diagnosis expert system are described in detail,and the industrial test is carried out successfully,and good application effect is obtained,which is conducive to ensuring the safety production of the mine.
