采煤机截割部滚筒结构的优化改进与应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 在简要分析MG2×1607710-WD型采煤机截割部滚筒整体结构的基础,利用UG和ANSYS软件建立了滚筒结构的有限元模型,并对其受力情况进行分析。结果发现,38个截齿之间的受力存在很大的不均匀性,且滚筒整体载荷偏高。对滚筒结构进行优化改进后再次进行受力分析,发现滚筒结构的最大载荷有了明显的降低,不同截齿之间的载荷均匀性得到了很好的改善。将优化改进后的滚筒结构应用到采煤机工程实践中,效果显著,为煤矿企业创造了很好的经济效益。 Based on a brief analysis of the overall structure of the drum of the cutting section of the MG2×1607710-WD shearer,a finite element model of the drum structure is established using UG and ANSYS software,and its force is analyzed.It was found that there was a large unevenness in the force between the 38 picks,and the overall load of the drum was relatively high.After optimizing and improving the drum structure,the force analysis is carried out again,and it is found that the maximum load of the drum structure has been significantly reduced,and the load uniformity between different picks has been well improved.The application of the optimized and improved drum structure to the engineering practice of the shearer has a significant effect and has created good economic benefits for coal mining enterprises.
