松软煤层孤岛采煤工作面回采巷道超前支护技术的研究 被引量:9

摘要 在对35011工作面回采巷道围岩岩性以及支护参数进行分析的基础上,提出将ZQL2×5000/21/40超前支架应用到回采巷道超前支护中,并对超前支护参数进行具体设计。现场应用后,回采巷道巷帮、底板变形量分别控制在230 mm、102 mm以内,采面推进速度由60 m/月提升至80 m/月,取得了显著的应用成果。 Based on the analysis of the surrounding lithology and support parameters of the recovery roadway of 35011 working surface,the ZQL2×5000/21/40 advanced support is applied to the advanced support of the recovery roadway,and designed the advanced support parameters.After the site application,the deformation amount of recovery lane gang and bottom plate were controlled within 230 mm,102 mm respectively,and the promotion speed of mining surface was increased from 60 m a month to 80 m a month,achieving remarkable application results.
