为提高多绳摩擦式提升机换绳效率,介绍了传统换绳工艺流程,分析了其存在的不足,并提出了借助换绳车的新型换绳工艺,通过现场测量与应用YHC型换绳车,缩短了换绳时间,节约提升机换绳作业投入的人力与物力,提高了换绳效率与换绳作业的安全性,该新型换绳工艺具有一定的推广应用价值。

In order to improve the rope changing efficiency of multi rope friction hoist,the traditional rope changing process is introduced,and its shortcomings are analyzed.A new rope changing process with the help of rope changing car is proposed.Through field measurement and application of YHC rope changing car,the rope changing time is shortened,the manpower and material resources for rope changing operation of hoist are saved,and the rope changing efficiency and safety are improved.The new rope changing technology has a certain popularization and application value.
