综采工作面除尘风机风幕降尘技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以降低粉尘浓度极高的采煤机驾驶员工作区粉尘浓度为研究重点,探析了风幕除尘技术对气流运动的影响,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,论述了风幕除尘技术在减少环境粉尘污染方面的有效性。结果表明:采用该技术后,两台风机出风口产生的高速气流场在采煤机与巷道之间形成了三角形气幕,可有效防止粉尘进入驾驶员工作区。 In order to reduce the dust concentration in the driver’s working area of shearer with extremely high dust concentration as the research focus,this paper analyzes the influence of air curtain dust removal technology on air flow movement,and discusses the effectiveness of air curtain dust removal technology in reducing environmental dust pollution by combining numerical simulation with field measurement.The results show that:after using this technology,the high-speed airflow field generated by the two fans’outlets forms a triangular air curtain between the shearer and the roadway,which can effectively prevent the dust from entering the driver’s work area.
