Research on Special Comprehensive Protection Device for Mine Roadheader

针对煤矿掘进机的电机保护性装置进行研究。该装置硬件部分采用的设计是模块化形式,加装了高压粘连检测漏电模块、低压检测漏电模块、瓦斯及温度情况检测模块,CPU主机使用系统集成芯片,该装置具有功耗低、体积小、操作简单、使用方便的特点,真正实现了全方位对掘进机进行的综合装置保护。

The motor protective device of coal mine roadheader is studied. The hardware part of the device is designed in modular form. It is equipped with high-voltage adhesive leakage detection module, low-voltage leakage detection module, gas and temperature detection module. The CPU host uses system integrated chip. The device has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size, simple operation and convenient use. The comprehensive device protection of roadheader is realized.
