摘要
针对某矿目前通风系统响应速度慢、无法准确调整风量等问题,提出以现场总线技术为基础的智能通风控制系统。该系统依靠现场总线和以太网进行数据传输,采用模糊控制算法分析和提前预测数据,得到最优的调整方案。通过对监测点处释放的CO_(2)浓度进行测试,结果表明,优化后的通风系统能及时对井下通风状况进行分析,通过远程操控确保合适的供风量,提升通风系统的安全性。
Aiming at the problems of slow response speed and unable to adjust the air volume accurately in the ventilation system of a mine,an intelligent ventilation control system based on fieldbus technology is proposed,which relies on fieldbus and Ethernet for data transmission.Fuzzy control algorithm is used to analyze and predict the data in advance,and the optimal adjustment scheme is obtained.The CO2 concentration released from the monitoring point is tested.The results show that the optimized ventilation system can timely analyze the underground ventilation situation,ensure the appropriate air supply through remote control,and improve the safety of the ventilation system.
