摘要
针对矿用带式输送机在工程应用中出现功耗大、控制效率较低的问题,设计出带式输送机智能调速控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心控制部件,结合IFIX组态软件使得输送机的输出功率达到平衡状态,并且实现设备的智能调速控制、远程监控等功能。
Aiming at the problems of large power consumption and low control efficiency of mine belt conveyors in engineering applications, an intelligent speed control system for belt conveyors is designed, which uses PLC as the core control component and IFIX configuration software to make the conveyor output The power reaches a balanced state and realizes the intelligent speed control of the equipment, remote monitoring and other functions.
