摘要
重点分析了MG400930型采煤机控制系统现状,开展了该设备控制系统总体方案及关键分系统的设计研究,并将新系统进行了为期5个月的应用测试。测试结果表明:新系统运行更加稳定、功能更加全面,能更加自动化及智能化地实现对采煤机的远程操作和控制,降低了设备的故障发生率,达到了预期效果。
This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of mg400930 shearer control system,carries out the design and research of the overall scheme and key subsystems of the equipment control system,and carries out the application test of the new system for a period of five months.The test shows that the new system runs more stably,has more comprehensive functions,and can realize the remote operation and control of the shearer more automatically and intelligently.It reduces the failure rate of the equipment,achieves the expected effect,and has important practical application value.
