摘要
针对某煤矿服役中的通风机单参数监测带来的问题,对原矿用通风机监控系统进行智能化设计,涉及方案、硬件和软件等内容。结果表明,该智能监控系统运行稳定可靠,满足矿用通风机运行状态实时监测与远程控制功能要求,减少了系统故障排查时间和系统运维人员,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了采煤机械的利用率,节约了煤炭掘进成本。
In view of the problems caused by the single parameter monitoring of the fan in a coal mine,the intelligent design of the original mine fan monitoring system is carried out,which involves the scheme,hardware and software.The results show that the intelligent monitoring system runs stably and reliably,meets the functional requirements of real-time monitoring and remote control of mine ventilator operation status,reduces the system troubleshooting time and system operation and maintenance personnel,reduces the labor intensity of staff,improves the utilization rate of coal mining machinery,saves the cost of coal excavation.
