摘要
在煤矿井下复杂煤层条件下,采煤机、液压支架的运行均通过人工调节控制,调控效率低、精度差,难以适应复杂煤层条件下的综采作业需求,基于此,提出了一种新的煤矿井下自动综采关键工艺技术,以高速通信网络为基础,建立了采煤机、液压支架联动运行控制系统及液压支架自动补压控制系统,以初步实现复杂地形条件下的自动化综采作业。
The operation of coal miner and hydraulic support through manual control,low control efficiency and poor accuracy,difficult to meet the requirements of complex coal seam.Based on this,a new key technology of automatic coal mine is proposed.Based on high-speed communication network,joint operation control system of coal arer has been established.The joint operation control system of coal arer,hydraulic support and automatic pressure filling control system are established to realize automatic comprehensive mining operation under complex terrain conditions.
