提升机的传动部分与制动部分是提升机的两个重要部分,但在日常应用中,提升机的传动与制动部分经常出现打滑等失效问题,对此,基于提升机传动与制动部分的主要工作原理,分析了提升机传动部分与制动部分的主要失效原因,并针对这些原因提出了一系列具体预防措施。通过综合应用这些措施,有助于更好地保障提升机的安全稳定运行。

The transmission part and the braking part of the hoist are two important parts of the hoist,but in daily application,the transmission part and the braking part of the hoist often slip and other failure problems.Based on the main working principle of the transmission part and the braking part of the hoist,this paper analyzes the main failure reasons of the transmission part and the braking part of the hoist.In view of these reasons,a series of specific preventive measures are put forward.Through the comprehensive application of these measures,the safe and stable operation of the hoist can be better guaranteed.
