摘要
为更好地保障煤矿掘进的正常高效运行,基于掘进机本安操作箱的相关技术参数及结构特征,介绍了本安操作箱的工作原理及主要功能,分析了本安操作箱的常见故障,并提出了本安操作箱的安装、维护及常见检修方法,以有效解决掘进机本安操作箱故障。
In order to better guarantee the normal and efficient operation of coal mine tunneling, based on the relevant technical parameters and structural characteristics of the intrinsically safe operation box of roadheader, this paper introduces the working principle and main functions of the intrinsically safe operation box, analyzes the common faults of the intrinsically safe operation box, and puts forward the installation, maintenance and common overhaul methods of the intrinsically safe operation box to solve the problem of intrinsically safe operation box of roadheader.
