摘要
针对带式输送机存在的跑偏,撒料等问题,基于带式输送机的主要结构及具体工作原理,介绍了带式输送机的主要故障类型,分析了故障原因,提出了智能控制策略,即通过应用智能控制系统,实现实时监控带式输送机,并可进行应急预警。
Aiming at the problems of belt conveyor, such as running deviation and spreading materials, based on the main structure and specific working principle of belt conveyor, this paper introduces the main fault types of belt conveyor, analyzes the fault causes, and puts forward the intelligent control strategy, Through the application of intelligent control system, real-time monitoring of belt conveyor can be realized, and emergency warning can be carried out.
