The homestead system is an important issue for the development of rural society.In the existing laws and regulations,the content of the regulation of the rural homestead system is somewhat unreasonable,which seriously hinders the development and reform of the rural land system,and is not conducive to the transfer of homesteads.Therefore,the laws and regulations on the transfer of the right to use rural homesteads must be reformed to meet the needs of rural social development.
