国有资产属全民所有,国有企业是国民经济基础支柱,通过不断强化对国有资产的监督管理工作,避免国有资产流失,一直是国资监管的重点。在理解企业国有资产交易的定义、国有资产交易制度、交易原则以及交易程序的同时,通过对违反交易程序签订的交易合同的法律效力进行深度探讨,针对性地提出有效处理措施,旨在进一步提升国有资产管理水平。
