Research on the Construction of Prison Management Science from the Perspective of Discipline Construction

国家顶层设计提出要深化监狱体制机制改革,以完善监狱管理为着眼点是发挥监狱在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设中作用的重要途径。从学科建设视角出发审视监狱管理,在监狱管理学的理论层面解读监狱管理的内涵、特征,阐明监狱管理学的研究对象、研究方法和学科范围,框定其与其他相邻学科的关系,是当下监狱管理学构建的基本任务。

The top-level design of the state proposes to deepen the reform of prison system and mechanism,and focusing on improving prison management is an important way to play the role of prisons in the modernization of the national governance system and capability.To exam prison management from the perspective of discipline construction,the basic tasks of the construction of prison management are to interpret the connotation and characteristics of prison management from the theoretical level,to clarify the research objects,methods and discipline scope of prison management,and to frame its relationship with other adjacent disciplines.
