现代职业教育体系下产教融合路径探究

Research on the Path of Integration between Industry and Education under the Modern Vocational Education System

我国职业教育经历了一个漫长的发展阶段,从出台《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》,到党的十九大将“完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作”写进报告,经过不断的探索和研究,已逐步走出了一条职业教育与社会经济发展相结合的道路。目前,我国的职业教育迎来了黄金期,但是还存在体系制度不够完善健全、企业参与办学动力不足等问题,严重影响着职业教育的发展。加快职业教育改革,打造高水平的职业院校,与市场需求相结合,科学设置教学专业,加强双师建设,促进产教融合、校企合作,这必将是我国职业教育的重要范畴和题中之义。

China’s vocational education has gone through a long period of development,from the introduction of the Construction Plan of Modern Vocational Education System(2014-2020)to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which took“improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration between industry and education and college-enterprise cooperation”in the report.After continuous exploration and research,a road of combining vocational education with social and economic development has been gradually established.At present,China's vocational education has ushered in a golden period,but there are still problems such as insufficient perfection of the system and lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in running schools,which seriously affect the development of vocational education.Therefore,speeding up the reform of vocational education,building high-level vocational colleges,combining with market demand,scientifically setting up teaching majors,strengthening the construction of dual qualified teachers,promoting the integration between industry and education and college-enterprise cooperation,will surely be important categories and topics of vocational education in China.
