A Study on the Running of Mixed Ownership Higher Vocational Colleges under the Integration of Industry and Education

高职院校混合所有制办学是促进办学体制改革、增强院校办学活力的重要举措,在实践过程中,积累了一定经验,探索出若干模式,但仍存在诸如政策法律待明确、管理机制待完善等问题,需要明确办学定位,加快顶层设计,完善政策法律,优化治理结构,促进其健康发展。

The mixed ownership system in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to promote the reform of school-running system and enhance the vitality of school-running.In the course of practice,we have accumulated certain experience and explored some models,but there are still some problems such as policy and law to be clarified,to improve the management mechanism,it is necessary to define the orientation of running a school,speed up the top-level design,perfect the policies and laws,and optimize the governance structure to promote its healthy development.
