摘要
基于定向凝固快淬技术,通过研究淬火糊状区及附近的显微组织与相特征,获得了合金凝固行为与相变过程规律。结果表明,该技术的应用可以为金属材料凝固过程与相变过程研究提供重要手段,以期对其他金属材料凝固与组织控制的研究提供参考。
Based on the directional solidification and rapid quenching technology,the solidification behavior and phase transformation law of the alloys were obtained by investigating the microstructure and phase characteristics in or near the quenched mushy zones.The results reveal that the application of the technology can provide a significant way for the investigation of solidification process and phase transition process of metal materials,which is expected to provide reference for the investigation of solidification and microstructure control of other metal materials.
