稀土改性高电导率铝合金研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来国家经济快速发展,多行业对电力的需求量逐渐增大,电网基础设施建设不断推进,其中大容量、高电压、远距离输电线路的建设数量不断增加,普通钢芯铝绞线在线路运行中出现一些问题,迫切需要研发出一种拉重比大、弧垂性能好、电能损耗小及耐腐蚀性优的新型节能输电导线,以满足我国电力行业发展的要求。稀土元素添加对电工用铝合金的电导率有明显改善,系统介绍了高导电稀土改性铝合金材料的成分、工艺和性能之间关系,以对工程应用提供参考。 In recent years,due to rapid development of national economy,the demand for electricity from various industries is gradually increased,and the construction of power grid infrastructure is constantly promoted.With the escalation of quantities of high-capacity,high-voltage,remote transmission line,there appear some problems in the running of ordinary steel-cored aluminum stranded wire.In order to meet the national power industry development requirements,it is urgently needed to prepare a new energy-saving conductor with large proportion of draw-weight,desirable sag performance,low energy loss and optimal corrosion resistance.Considering that the electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy can be improved by rare earth elements,the relationship among the material composition,technology and performance of a new rare earth aluminum alloy material was mainly introduced,which can provide reference for engineering application.
