摘要
介绍了卡塔尔2022年世界杯体育场屋面G10MnMoV6-3低合金钢大型索夹的化学成分和力学性能要求,通过采用消失模铸造工艺制造了索夹,发现了浇注过程中的难点,提出了制模和造型、冶炼与浇注、热处理等重要环节的质量控制措施。结果表明,消失模铸造索夹化学性能成分和力学性能合格,满足欧标相关要求。
The requirements for chemical composition and mechanical properties of large G10 MnMoV6-3 low alloy steel cable node in Qatar 2022 World Cup stadium project were introduced.The cable node prototype was fabricated by lost foam casting,and the main difficulties during the process were discovered.The key points of quality control such as moulding and modeling,smelting and casting,heat treatment in the casting process were put forward.The results indicate that the chemical and mechanical properties of the cable node by lost foam casting are qualified,meeting the project requirements and the European standards.
