With the development of technology,user’s requirements for railway locomotive equipment continue to increase,and more and more new technologies are applied to the new generation of quasi high speed passenger diesel locomotive bogie.The technical innovation of the new generation of quasi high speed passenger diesel locomotive bogie was introduced from the two aspects of elastic suspension of driving device and turntable braking,and the test verification was carried out from the aspects of dynamics and braking capacity.
