摘要
针对油田深井中封隔器使用时效短、锚定能力差、无防倒灌等缺点,设计了适合深井使用的长时效隔采封隔器。长时效隔采封隔器采用压缩胶筒和扩张胶筒形成复合密封,利用圆柱双向卡瓦作为锚定零件。在长时效隔采封隔器管柱中配置滑套开关,可以有效保证长时效隔采封隔器的时效性和锚定强度,减小套损水对油层的影响。分析长时效隔采封隔器中胶筒的力学特性,并对扩张胶筒进行密封测试,得出对胶筒性能的影响参数。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the deep well packer in oil field,such as short service time,poor anchoring ability,and no backflow prevention,a long term isolation packer suitable for use in the deep well was designed.The long term isolation packer adopts a compressed rubber cylinder and an expanded rubber cylinder to form a compound seal,and uses cylindrical bidirectional slip as anchoring part.The sliding sleeve switch is arranged in the cylinder of the long term isolation packer,which can effectively ensure the service life and anchoring strength of the long term isolation packer,and reduce the impact of casing damage water on the oil layer.By analyzing the mechanical properties of the rubber cylinder in the long term isolation packer,and conducting a sealing test on the expansion rubber cylinder,the parameters that affect the performance of the rubber cylinder were obtained.
