Solution on Knocking Sound of Automobile Engine

某款三缸汽车发动机在台架热磨合时出现敲击声,分析原因为连杆小头润滑不良,连杆小头衬套材料偏软,导致连杆小头磨损量过大,产生异响。通过更改连杆小头衬套材料,提高连杆小头衬套抗压能力,增加连杆小头衬套与活塞销之间的润滑,解决了这一问题。

A certain type of three cylinder automobile engine had knocking sound during the hot running in of the rack.Through analysis,it is due to the poor lubrication of the small end of connecting rod and the softness of the connecting rod small end bushing material,resulting in excessive wear of the small end of connecting rod with abnormal noise.This problem was solved by changing the material of the connecting rod small end bushing,improving the compression resistance of the connecting rod small end bushing,and increasing the lubrication between the connecting rod small end bushing and the piston pin.
