摘要
从激光熔覆层裂纹的产生机制、影响因素、控制措施及外力辅助调控等方面,总结了控制裂纹产生的主要措施,可为因内应力造成零件易于开裂的难题提供借鉴。同时,对未来控制熔覆层裂纹问题的发展进行了展望。
From the aspects of crack generation mechanism, influencing factors, control measures and auxiliary control of external force, the main measures to control crack generation were summarized. It can be used for reference for the difficult problem that parts are easy to crack caused by internal stress. At the same time, the development of controlling crack problem of cladding layer in the future was prospected.
