摘要
利用热膨胀法在Gleeble-3800热模拟机上测定了Q420qENH耐候桥梁钢的动态CCT曲线。分析了各组不同冷却速度下的相变和组织;绘制了Q420qENH的动态CCT曲线。动态CCT曲线是分析连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过成及产物组织与性能的重要手段。根据所需组织及性能选取相应的温度制度,以便优化Q420qENH的控轧控冷参数,可为其后续工业化生产提供指导。
The dynamic continuous cooling transition(CCT) curve of Q420qENH weathering bridge steel was measured by thermal expansion method on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The phase transition and microstructure at different cooling rates were observed. The dynamic CCT curve of Q420qENH was plotted. The dynamic CCT curve is the basis for analyzing the austenite transformation and the microstructure and properties of the product during continuous cooling. The corresponding temperature system was selected according to the required structure and properties to optimize Q420qENH controlled rolling and cooling parameters, which can provide guidances for its subsequent industrial production.
