摘要
研究了热浸温度对热浸纯锌镀层和Zn-11%Al-3%Mg-0.2%Si-0.02%RE合金镀层试样中元素分布、镀层厚度和耐腐蚀性的影响。并对纯锌镀层和合金镀层进行了电化学实验。结果表明:镀层的厚度随热浸温度的升高而减小;镀层中间过渡层在整体镀层中所占的比例,随热浸温度的升高而增大。纯锌镀层和合金镀层的耐腐蚀性随热浸温度的升高而变差,Zn-11%Al-3%Mg-0.2%Si-0.02%RE合金镀层的耐腐蚀性优于纯锌镀层的。
The effects of hot dip temperature on the element distribution, coating thickness and corrosion resistance of hot dip pure zinc coating and Zn-11% Al-3% Mg-0.2% Si-0.02% RE alloy coating were studied. The electrochemical experiments of the hot dip pure zinc coating and Zn-11% Al-3% Mg-0.2% Si-0.02% RE alloy coating were carried out. The results show that the thickness of the coatings decrease with the increase of hot dip temperature, and the proportion of the intermediate transition layer in the overall coating increases with the increase of hot dip temperature. The corrosion resistance of the pure zinc coating and alloy coating decrease with the increase of hot dip temperature. The corrosion resistance of Zn-11%Al-3%Mg-0.2%Si-0.02%RE alloy coating is better than that of pure zinc coating.
