热处理对1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同固溶/时效温度下1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN马氏体耐热钢组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着固溶温度提高或时效温度的降低,1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢的室温、300、400、500℃抗拉强度及500℃/686 MPa持久寿命升高,塑性略有下降,韧性下降。采用1150℃/油冷+580℃/空冷的热处理制度能得到最佳的综合性能。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN martensitic heat-resistant steel at different solution and aging temperatures were studied.The results show that,with the increase of solution temperature or the decrease of aging temperature,the tensile strength at room temperature,300,400,500℃and the rupture life at 500℃/686 MPa of 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN steel increase,the ductility decreases slightly and the toughness decreases.The best comprehensive performance can be obtained by the heat treatment system of 1150℃/oil cooling+580℃/air cooling.
