百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bailing capsule combined with leflunomide tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的 观察百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年1月武穴市第一人民医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予来氟米特片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。比较2组水肿消失时间、自觉症状消失时间,治疗前后患者肾功能指标(尿素氮、血肌酐)、尿液监测指标(尿红细胞数目、尿β2-微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白),治疗总有效率及不良反应。结果 观察组水肿消失时间、自觉症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗12周后,2组肾功能(尿素氮、血肌酐)、尿液监测(尿红细胞数目、尿β2-微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白)水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗12周,观察组总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(χ^(2)=5. 285,P=0. 022);2组不良反应发生率均为5. 71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 百令胶囊联合来氟米特片治疗于慢性肾小球肾炎的效果确切,可改善患者的尿液监测指标和肾功能,且安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with leflunomide tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 70 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Wuxue First People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with leflunomide tablets,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Bailing capsules on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of edema,the disappearance time of conscious symptoms,renal function indexes(urea nitrogen,serum creatinine)and urine monitoring indexes(number of of urinary red blood cells,β2-microglobulin,24-hour urine protein)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,total effective rate,adverse reactions.Results The disappearance time of edema and conscious symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,renal function indexes(urea nitrogen,serum creatinine)and urine monitoring indexes(number of of urinary red blood cells,β2-microglobulin,24-hour urine protein)levels of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P all<0.01).After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 74.29%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022).The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 5.71%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with leflunomide tablets has definite therapeutic effect on chronic glomerulonephritis,which can improve the urine monitoring index and renal function of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application with high safety.
